Minimizing all waste (waste) is mandatory for the company. The results of study using a lean approach, followed by looking at winding process as whole, Big Picture Mapping and identification that occurs in business processes, carried out comparing actual time to standard process, value-adding 21310 minutes. In contrast, total production about 22995 non-value-addingtime ,whichdoes not add value product, 1685 minutes, identified causefor delayusing Root Cause Analysis.
